“If you really want to make a friend, go to someone’s house and eat with him. The people who give you their food give you their heart.” -Cesar Chavez

Fun fact: I used to order Gin & Tonics as my “signature drink” when I was in college. This trend brief, and then I needed to take about a 10 year hiatus from gin. Luckily that time has passed and I have a new found appreciate for gin cocktails. I’m not sure I could ever order a straight up G&T ever again, but that’s okay, I have this Pomegranate Rosemary Gin Fizz to make.

I love a good holiday cocktail. This one feels super special, but without anything too crazy to buy or make. I hand squeezed the pomegranate when I created this recipe, but why waste the time or risk the staining when you can buy pomegranate juice. Seriously.
